This venture was borne out of frustration…

A frustration experienced from the client and candidate end of the spectrum; not the recruiters.

We do not try to pompously sell ourselves as “management consultants” or suggest how to develop “outstanding leaders” and advise on “cultural strategies”. We are NOT going to try and put lipstick on a pig. It’s a pig. We recruit.

However, we come from industry and commerce and have recruited staff for our own businesses in financial services through to retail. In fact, as founders we don’t even come from recruitment or have HR backgrounds. As a result, we carry no recruitment agency baggage. And, in our humble opinion, the recruitment industry’s “Spray & Pray” model needs a change.

What we believe we can do, is recruit the right talent for your business using traditional personal engagement but with a technology advantage that has been available to big multinationals for years.

You may be looking for a CEO or administration and production staff. It does not matter. We are confident we can deploy the right process to find the best available candidates, resulting in a higher success and satisfaction rate for both parties.
