However, coming from outside the industry we are aiming to overturn this image with our service. We apply our minds and technology to get you and the candidate the best result.
Our process is different
We are NOT driven soley by data mining resumes.
Typically, making it onto a recruiter’s shortlist is a result of key word searches. The weakness of this process is that if a CV is not correctly written, capable candidates are often missed. We have experienced this testing our own CV’s in our industry leading CRM system. We want to eliminate this issue.
Therefore, we look at ALL candidates who apply for a role. Resumes are used at the shortlisted interview stage. The reason is quite simple. We know they are often NOT a true reflection of a candidate’s ability.
Depending on the role, we first spend considerable time creating a customised skills, experience and corporate culture fit assessment tailored to your job requirements.
Once the position is advertised, applicants will at some stage be invited to the online assessment. Generally, we get 75% of candidates taking the assessments.
We consolidate the results and rank the candidates by specific skill strength and an overall score.
Then we start the first round of interviews on your behalf.
Typically, we cut the recruitment selection time by up to 40% and recently filled a position with 76 applicants shortlisted to five interviewees (and subsequent job offer), in just 3 days.
Our process is applicant number agnostic. We can deal with 2,000 applications or 5. We can recruit for cleaners through to non-executive directors and CEO’s, tailoring our process to your needs.
