Our Process
In order to do achieve this and depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a brief online assessment as part of the job application process. Typically, it will take around 30 minutes, depending on the technical aspects of the role.
Clearly, this does not suit everyone. But if you are keen to join a company for a specific role, our assessment will give you an insight into to what to expect from the company and the role.
Naturally, it is in your interests to participate if you are serious about applying for the role and it lets the Company know you are keen.
Overwhelming feedback from candidates is positive as it allows you to really show what you are capable of doing and this gives us so much more to showcase to the employer.
Interviews with us follow successful shortlisting and then you are referred to the employer for final interviews.
